2. Return Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

b. Return Authorisation

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account after we have processed it.
